Matthew
Road race frame

Matthew wanted a racing geometry with a very narrow wheel base for climbing, but still good comfort over longer distances. For this we used a narrow diameter carbon integrated seat post which has a good bit of flexibility in it for extra comfort over longer distances. The lugs I used were handmade by me. We used a height yield bonding epoxy for attaching the carbon seat tube to the lugs.

The weight of the frame including the integrated seat post is 1.35kg. To attain this weight I used Columbus Spirit tubes. With the correct spec of components the full bike will be below the legal race weight!
