Saffron Frameworks is a multi-award winning bespoke bicycle company based in Woolwich, London. We’re an expanding business, selling in the UK and overseas, with some exciting new projects for 2019. We have a strong reputation as one of the leading custom builders, delivering frame after frame to the highest standard. And everything is done in-house, including frame design, building, and painting.
You will be working in a team of three, alongside Matthew(owner & frame builder), and one other. We’re really excited to be expanding, and look forward to welcoming someone new into the team.
Customer Interface – managing customer end-to-end process
Email/phone calls, ordering process, quotations, timelines, costs etc.
Managing workflow – smooth running of office/workshop
Drive Business Efficiencies – develop & implement new systems
Organised, logical, proactive, take ownership and initiative, prioritise
Grow the Business – build brand awareness to grow the customer base
Relationship building, good communicator(written & oral), people skills

We’re less concerned with specific experience – for example, you could come from Operations, Business Management, Marketing, or a Design background. We’re looking for someone who’s demonstrated some of the above skills, and with the capacity to quickly learn and develop expertise in the remaining areas.
