Cycle to Work Initiatives

Accepted Voucher Providers

Transforming your journey with a Cycle to Work scheme voucher allows you to spread the cost of your bespoke bicycle while enjoying additional savings.

At Saffron Frameworks, we proudly accept vouchers from the esteemed providers listed below. To maintain transparency, please note that a slight surcharge will be applied to orders completed using vouchers. Many customers may not realize that when a bicycle company processes a voucher, it incurs fees imposed by the provider. As a small but growing business, we strive to uphold fairness in our transactions; thus, we believe the most equitable approach is to share these costs with our customers. Below are the fees associated with each voucher provider:

The surcharge is calculated based on the voucher value rather than the total order cost.

Please note: If you are a repeat customer utilizing a discount, the full surcharge applies to your order.

Placing an Order with Your Voucher

When using a voucher, the process changes only at the end of your order journey. We can handle voucher processing once your order is prepared for shipment or collection, as the voucher must be tied to a specific frame number assigned during assembly. If your voucher has an expiration date, ensure you apply for it in time so that it remains valid upon your order's estimated arrival.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to placing your order:

  1. Submit your deposit through our website.
  2. Receive a detailed build sheet confirming your order. This document will outline your bicycle's specifications, the expected delivery date, and total build costs, which can be used as a quote for your voucher provider.
  3. Request your voucher via your employer’s scheme.
  4. Once you have the voucher amount, email us with the details, including the total value and the scheme provider. We will then apply the surcharge and incorporate the voucher amount into your order.
  5. Email us your PDF voucher once received. This step is crucial for some providers as it allows us to prepare for processing when your order is ready.
  6. If your voucher does not cover your full order cost, we will send an invoice for the outstanding balance.
  7. Once your order is prepared for shipment or collection, we will process the voucher. If there has been an overpayment, we will refund the deposit accordingly.

For maximum savings, we recommend obtaining a voucher that covers your entire order cost. You will be refunded your deposit, minus the surcharge, upon voucher processing.
